All the production facilities are all situated in the Mendoza province of Argentina, distributed between San Martin, Lavalle and Medrano. The production and growing are totals 675 hectares.
With 2 processing facilities, Costa de Arujo and Guymallen, Origin Wine has a total crushing and warehousing capacity of 7 million liters. In all Origin Wine can offer a total capacity of 5 million Fairtrade eligible liters of wine making it one of the largest Fairtrade projects in the world.

Currently Mendoza Vineyards/Origin Wine is in process of acquiring Fairtrade status with a fourth producer, Teresa Fioretti, producer of the 1907 Single Vineyard Cab Sauv and 1907 Vineyards Selection Malbec.
